At Flycaster & Company we do everything possible to become
a
trusted advisor to you and your company by delivering
real business value and superb creative services.
We know that a strong client relationship based on
mutual respect, open and honest communication and very
clear expectations is critical. In an effort to support
excellent client / firm relationships we have developed
the following set of Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs) to help everyone in our companies understand
how we can best work together.

I have had some difficulties working with “creative” people
at other firms
in the past, how can we best avoid it
this time?
Tell the truth - all the time.
If we are honest, straightforward
and frank in all of our discussions, we will avoid 90%
of the problems that can
often
cause strife between clients and their creative team.
If we have a problem, if the project is falling a
little behind schedule,
if
we can't do something you have asked for - we will
tell you right away and then go the extra mile to do everything
we can to fix it
- right away. We also ask the same of you. Tell us
if there is a problem on your end, if you have a concern,
if you won't be able
to deliver on something you promised to get to us.
We need to know what you are thinking, how you feel the
project is advancing, what
you are extremely happy with and where you expect more.
The better the communication - the better the results.

What if I am not pleased with the first design you present
to me?
Help us help you.
As we stated above, the more information and
ideas you give us the better job
we can do for you. We
truly welcome your
creative input, but also ask you to remember that you
have hired us for our experience and expertise, so please
keep an open mind and trust that we are really trying to
help you. If you
don't like
something we have designed, that's okay, but you'll need to help us understand
exactly why. Saying: "I just don't like it - show me something else," does
not help either of us. We are happy to make a reasonable number of changes
-
as long as you
have clear and specific feedback on what needs to be different.

This sounds sort of expensive, how much will it cost?
Let’s
be fair.
Money is always a touchy subject, but we try to
make it as painless as possible. We are not the most
expensive creative team you can hire, nor do we work for
free. We will simply sit down
with you and your team, review the scope of the project
and the deliverables you request and determine together
what a reasonable budget should be at current market
value.
We know that
10 projects
with your company at a fair profit, is much better than
one project at the highest budget we can secure.
Whether
you have $1,000 to
spend or need help with a $2 million campaign,
we can
adjust our services to meet your time and budgetary constraints.

Most firms talk about service, but how will you really
treat me
after I have signed the contract?
The goal is always
win/win.
We want to have a long-term relationship with you
as a client. We will never take advantage
of you, recommend
anything that is not in your best
interest, nor deliver any project that we do not feel is the best we can produce
for you. In return we ask that you help us win as well. You can do this by
giving us information and guidance as to what you want to achieve, work
with us to set a reasonable budget for the value we bring to your company, and
commit to being a proactive source of enthusiastic referrals to all of your business
colleagues when we do a superb job for your company. We understand one
thing
very clearly: if we work very hard to make
you more successful – we will
be more successful too.
