Recognized as one of America’s leading executive educators, his corporate clients include such firms as Northrop Grumman, IBM, Pepsi, State Farm,
GE Capital, and Alltel where he provides services in the areas of high performance team building, sales effectiveness, business excellence,
and advanced leadership development.

John has served on the board of directors for the University of Florida’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and as the senior instructor at the Cornell Leadership Development School. He is now "Executive in Residence" for the University of Central Florida’s Technology Incubator and a special advisor to the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

John has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s Up & Coming Young Business Leaders and, by the Society Of Human Resource Managers as the top professional speaker/trainer in the state Florida.

Antonio DiFranco

Creative Director

Tony will be the first to say that being a creative director requires
more than an ability to be “creative” - it takes skill and discipline to
create work that is effective.

A seasoned designer and creative director with more than a decade in the field, Tony has worked on such major accounts as Burger King, ESSO, and with
Disney licenses.

Tony studied at the International Fine Arts College in Miami and has worked at several well-known agencies including the renowned global advertising firm McCann Erickson. He has also taught design as an adjunct college professor.

Today, Tony oversees all creative produced by Flycaster & Company.

Having garnered numerous advertising awards including several "Best of Show" distinctions, his biggest source of satisfaction comes from helping Flycaster clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Sheila Spence

Operations Manager

Sheila and her team are responsible for the direction of all operations and account services within the firm. A talented administrator with a wealth of business experience, she plays an important role in making sure Flycaster delivers the highest level of customer service possible for our clients.

Prior to joining Flycaster & Company, Sheila was President and CEO of Coordinated Services, a business consulting firm that offers administrative, financial and operational expertise to select companies throughout Florida.

After studying business administration and finance at the University of Central Florida, Sheila began a career in the thoroughbred industry where she excelled at various management positions, eventually running multi-million dollar racing and breeding operations for farms in the Ocala, Florida area.
